What is a flexometer

Flexometer, also known as bally leather flexing tester, leather bending tester, is an international instrument used to evaluate the bending resistance of various light leather and its surface modifiers. It is mainly used to test the bending resistance of leather under continuous bending. So how to use a flexometer for a flexometer test? The flexometer uses one side of the specimen as the internal test and the other side as the outer side for reciprocating bending to the damage of the test piece and record the bending times, or after bending a certain number of times and observe the degree of damage. Put the sample into the fixture of the testing machine, twists and turns, then observe the surface of the specimen with a magnifier, and record the degree of damage to test the flexure strength of the specimen.

Flexometer definition: the bending resistance of various leather under continuous bending, it is an important indicator of the durability of leather. We will provide you more flexometer description if you contact us.
